Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds on digital purchases (recipe collections, e-books, downloadable content) once they have been downloaded, accessed, or the download link has been provided, except in the following circumstances:
- The digital product is substantially different from what was described
- The digital product is non-functional or inaccessible due to technical issues on our end
- You have accidentally purchased the same digital product twice within 24 hours
Online Courses and Tutorials
For online courses and tutorials, we offer:
- A 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course content
- Refunds will only be provided if less than 25% of the course content has been accessed
- No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period or if more than 25% of the course has been accessed

Physical Merchandise

Workshop Bookings and Event Tickets
For cooking workshops and event tickets:
- Full refunds are available if cancelled at least 14 days before the event date
- 50% refund if cancelled between 7-13 days before the event
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before the event
- If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date
- You may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:
- After the specified refund period has expired
- If you have violated our Terms and Conditions
- For digital content after it has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed
- For physical items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging

- For shipping, handling, and delivery fees unless the return is due to our error

Refund Method

- Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card

Exchanges
